Overview:
Complete high-clearance radiator conversion kit for 1996–2002 4Runners and 1995–2004 Tacomas with the 3.4L V6. Replaces the vulnerable, low-hanging OEM radiator with a compact, frame-height aluminum unit for improved protection and cooling.
– Raises radiator above frame rails to eliminate common trail damage
– Fully bolt-on kit includes pre-formed hose and clamps
– Improves cooling efficiency and fluid capacity
– Compatible with most skid plate systems, including Opt Offroad’s

– CSF 1-row aluminum core radiator with molded plastic tanks
– 23 7/8" H × 28 1/8" W
– Includes two stainless steel hose clamps and custom lower radiator hose
– Bolt-on design with transmission cooler fittings

Fitment:
1996–2002 Toyota 4Runner (3.4L V6 or 2.7L with alternate lower hose)
1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma (3.4L V6 or 2.7L with alternate lower hose)
Body Lifts & Radiator Hoses- If you have a body lift, then the distance between your engine and lower hose has been reduced. You may need to trim some excess length off your new lower radiator hose to accommodate the angle perfectly. You are responsible for ensuring hoses are kink-free prior to filling cooling system or running your engine!
Fan Shroud- Your factory shroud is reusable for this kit! However, there will be excess length at the bottom which can be easily trimmed off with a razor blade to match the height of the new radiator. We are currently working on a plug and play shroud.
