Shipping & Warehouse Associate

SRQ Fabrications is looking for a reliable and motivated Shipping & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time position plays a critical role in day-to-day operations, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining an organized warehouse space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship daily orders
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments
  • Organize and restock inventory in designated locations
  • Perform routine inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
  • Assist with loading/unloading deliveries
  • Use software tools to create shipping labels and track packages

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus
  • Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar tools is helpful
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
