Production Associate
SRQ Fabrications is looking for a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. This full-time role is hands-on and fast-paced, focusing on light assembly, wiring, and final fitment for SRQ retrofit grilles and headlight products. You’ll use basic hand tools, follow electrical configurations for 12V systems, and help ensure every product ships out clean, tested, and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and retrofit SRQ grilles and headlights according to work instructions and SOPs
- Build and route wiring harnesses; crimp, solder, heat-shrink, and loom as needed
- Read basic wiring diagrams and follow electrical configurations for 12V accessories
- Perform functional testing with a multimeter and test bench (turn, DRL, low/high beam, backlighting)
- Install hardware, brackets, rivnuts, and gaskets; drill, tap, and deburr when required
- Apply finishing touches: seal edges, manage cable routing, and complete QC checklists
- Kit components for production runs and maintain accurate counts of subassemblies
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe; report issues or shortages promptly
- Collaborate with Shipping and Inventory teams to stage, label, and hand off completed builds
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and 12V electrical fundamentals
- Experience with crimping, soldering, heat-shrink, and basic multimeter use is a plus
- Ability to follow directions, wiring diagrams, and quality standards with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting up to 50–75 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Previous assembly, automotive, or fabrication experience is helpful but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for work orders and QC logs

Shipping & Warehouse Associate
SRQ Fabrications is looking for two reliable and motivated Shipping & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time position plays a critical role in day-to-day operations, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining an organized warehouse space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship daily orders
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Organize and restock inventory in designated locations
- Perform routine inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries
- Use software tools to create shipping labels and track packages
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer skills; experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar tools is helpful
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

Customer Service / Order Processing Associate
SRQ Fabrications is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Process open orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
