The OCD 80 Series LC Panhard Bar adjusts the rear axle position after a suspension lift. Its adjustable length lets you center the rear axle on an 80 Series Toyota Land Cruiser.
Features
- CNC-machined solid 7075-T6 billet aluminum bar with fully adjustable length and high-strength jam nuts.
- 7075-T6 aluminum has a specified tensile strength of 83,000 psi. The billet design reduces unsprung weight and resists corrosion.
- TMR Lifetime Heims use high-strength chromoly, a heat-treated ball, and billet bronze races.
- Heim joints are serviceable and rebuildable, with up to 30 degrees of misalignment.
- Designed for daily driving and off-road use.
Fitment and function
Fits the rear suspension of the 80 Series Toyota Land Cruiser. OCD specifies axle adjustment for suspension lifts of approximately 1–4 inches or more. Correct axle position helps reduce rear-steer feel, body sway, tire rubbing, and bushing wear. OCD also lists improved towing stability, cornering response, and suspension response as benefits.
Included parts
- Adjustable 7075-T6 billet aluminum panhard bar.
- TMR Lifetime Heims.
- High-strength jam nuts.
Installation notes
A Panhard Correction Kit (PCK) is not required. It is recommended for lifted vehicles to correct panhard geometry and roll-center position. The adjustable OCD panhard bar can be used by itself to center the rear axle. OCD recommends use with an eimkeith or similar PCK for improved suspension geometry.
Mounting bolts, nuts, washers, and misalignment spacers are not listed as included. Confirm the mounting hardware requirements before installation.
