Overland Custom Design adjustable rear sway bar links help restore handling and suspension function after you lift your 2025+ Toyota 4Runner. The links use FK Heim joints and can be rebuilt.
Features
- Three-piece FK Heim joints with self-lubricating nylon races that resist wear.
- Black polyurethane bushings where used.
- B7 threaded studs rated at 150,000 psi.
- Drilled hex tubes with right-hand and left-hand threads.
- Grade 12.9 hardware.
- Rear links are 1 inch longer than OEM.
- Adjustable and rebuildable links.
Fitment and installation
Fits the rear of the 2025+ Toyota 4Runner, 6th Gen. Sway bar relocation is recommended where needed for clearance with the larger links.
Not compatible with 6-inch drop suspension lifts, including Fabtech, BDS, and ProComp systems.
Included parts and options
One pair of rear sway bar links. Choose NA for links without Heim boots, or With Boots for links with Heim boots. Front links are not included.
Maintenance
Maintenance is required, including on joints with boots. Dirt can enter the joints and dry the races. OCD recommends a PTFE dry lubricant, such as Tri-Flow Uniball lubricant, to help prevent premature race failure.
