Complete front and rear suspension package for the 2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner (4th Gen), built around ADS Racing Shocks Direct Fit Race Series components. Fits all trims including SR5, Sport, and Limited. Uses the same front coilover platform as the 2007-2014 FJ Cruiser.
Front Coilovers
ADS 2.5" Direct Fit Race Coilovers with remote reservoirs — extended travel, hard chrome shaft, zinc-plated body. Optional upgrade to adjustable clicker reservoirs for on-the-fly compression tuning.
Front Spring Rate / Lift (choose based on front-end load):
- 600 lb — 2.0" lift, stock front end
- 650 lb — 2.5" lift, 100-200 lb added front load (bumper, winch, skids)
- 700 lb — 2.5-3.0" lift, 200+ lb added front load (full armor builds)
Rear Shocks
ADS 2.5" Direct Fit Race Shocks with remote reservoirs. Available in 9.5" or 10" stroke. Optional clicker reservoir upgrade.
Rear Springs (Old Man Emu — choose based on rear load):
- OME 895E — 2.0" lift, stock load
- OME 895 — 2.5" lift, 100-200 lb constant load
- OME 896 — 2.5-3.0" lift, 200+ lb constant load (heavy builds, drawers, RTT)

Install Notes
- Aftermarket upper control arms required — factory UCAs will bind at full droop with 2"+ of lift.
- Alignment required after install.
- Lift heights assume stock wheel/tire combos; measured lift varies with vehicle weight and accessories.
