Complete high-clearance radiator conversion kit for 1996–2002 4Runners and 1995–2004 Tacomas with the 3.4L V6. Replaces the vulnerable, low-hanging OEM radiator with a compact, frame-height aluminum unit for improved protection and cooling.
– Raises radiator above frame rails to eliminate common trail damage

1996–2002 Toyota 4Runner (3.4L V6 or 2.7L with alternate lower hose)
1995–2004 Toyota Tacoma (3.4L V6 or 2.7L with alternate lower hose)
Notes:
Champion radiator is backordered (4–8 week lead time); CSF ships in ~1 week. Includes hose/clamps for 3.4L; 2.7L trucks must use a manual transmission lower hose. OEM fan shroud is reusable—bottom trimming recommended. Use only ethylene-based green/yellow coolant with Champion units to avoid warranty issues. Radiator alone won’t resolve underlying cooling problems—ensure full system maintenance.
