22+ 3rd Gen Tundra Modular Front Bumper

Info to know before you order:

• Modular design with separate winch plate and bolt on outer wings!

A little about the bumper:

• This bumper features a modular design. What does that mean? The shell of the bumper is separate from the winch plate. This allows for a much easier installation process and a much stronger bumper overall. The recovery points are welded directly to the winch plate and pass through the bumper shell. The bumper also features bolt-on wings which allow you to swap between wing styles or replace your wings without having to get a whole new bumper! 

• We wanted to be able to offer the best fitment possible so we took our design a step above all the other fabrication companies out there and had the front of the truck laser-scanned! This allows us to model the bumper within our CAD programs using a virtual representation of the truck that is accurate to within .005 inches!

• The frame mounting plate, winch plate, and vertical supports are all 1/4" HRPO steel. All other sheet metal parts are made of 7 and 11 gauge HRPO steel. All tubing is 1.75 OD .120 wall gauge HERW steel. The recovery points are CNC'd out of 3/4" steel.

• The bumper was modeled around a Warn Evo 12,000lb winch that has a 10" x 4.5" mounting pattern and centered fairlead/spool. Other winches may fit (similar size and mounting pattern required). Depending on the winch size you will possibly need to detach and relocate the control box.

• TSS and sensor relocation are included with this bumper. 
  

• Weighs roughly 120 lbs. Any grille guard tubing will add to this.
