Return & Refund Policy
Below are the conditions and guidelines that apply to returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Incorrect Product Received
While we double-check all orders before shipment, errors can occasionally occur. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery and do not open or install the product. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Major Defects
All products are thoroughly tested before shipping, but unexpected issues may still arise. If a major defect is discovered, the issue must be submitted for approval. We reserve the right to correct any verified defect within 2 business days. If we are unable to resolve the issue within that timeframe, we will issue a full refund, or, at your discretion, we may offer a replacement of equal or similar value.
Product Not as Described
If the item you receive does not match the product description on our website, please notify us within 2 business days. Supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos) must be provided. Please note that refunds will not be granted based on personal expectations or preferences that are not supported by the product listing.
Unopened/Unused Product Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product. If a product is opened, installed, or returned in poor condition, higher restocking fees may apply, or the return request may be declined. Any item sent back without return approval from the form below is not eligible for a return or refund.
Cancellations
All orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee once placed. If Shopify Installments or Affirm is used, the fee increases to 10% to cover non-refundable Installment loan fees.
Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If production on a lead time item has begun, the cancellation fee increases to 20%. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items that have already been shipped can not be canceled and will fall under our return policy, not a cancellation. Any unpaid cancellation fees resulting from a chargeback or cancellation may be sent to a collection agency. The customer will be responsible for any associated collection costs.
Build Time & Production Delays
Build times are clearly listed on the product pages and are provided as estimates. While most products are built to order, delays can occasionally occur. Orders will not be refunded due to delays in production beyond the estimated time frame. Please consider this before placing your order.
