2003-2009 GX470 35-Inch Heim Pivot Race Series Long Travel Kit

Upgrade your vehicle with the Expedition Series +3.5" Long Travel Kit, engineered to deliver unmatched off-road performance. This kit increases track width by +3.5” per side and provides 12.5” of wheel travel with 4WD, making it ideal for aggressive trail use and demanding conditions. Each lower arm is 2.5” higher off the ground and 5 pounds lighter than the Standard Series +3.5" kit for improved ground clearance and reduced weight. Constructed from 4130 chromoly, the upper and lower control arms feature 1” uniballs for added strength and wheel travel. Heim pivot upper control arms are fully adjustable, allowing for fine-tuning of caster and camber in race applications. Lower arms are internally gusseted, fully boxed, and include dual shock tabs to accommodate a TC-specific external bypass shock for additional damping control. Billet CNC machined uniball cups and steering stop tabs ensure factory turning radius without modifying OEM ball joint cradles.
