1996-2004 1st Gen Tacoma Stock Length Heim Joint Steering Conversion

The TOTAL CHAOS Stock Width Heim Steering Upgrade is engineered to eliminate steering slop while maximizing component strength. This kit replaces the factory outer tie rods with heavy-duty 7/8" chromoly heim joints and includes heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel hi-misalignment spacers for superior durability and steering performance. Designed for stock width vehicles, these chromoly tie-rod extensions work seamlessly with either factory lower ball joints or the TC Lower Uniball Conversion (PN: 96140-H). Weld-on double shear tabs are included to reinforce the outer tie-rod mounting location for maximum strength.
