2000-2006 1st Gen Tundra Stock Length Heim Joint Steering Conversion

Enhance steering precision and durability with the Chromoly Heim Steering Upgrade Kit, designed to eliminate sloppy steering while maximizing strength and control. This kit replaces the outer factory tie rods with heavy-duty 7/8" chromoly heim joints and heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel hi-misalignment spacers. Ideal for stock width vehicles, it works with factory lower ball joints or the TOTAL CHAOS Lower Uniball Conversion (PN: 96140-H). The chromoly tie-rod extensions are engineered for long-lasting performance, while weld-on double shear tabs reinforce the outer tie-rod mounting location for added durability. Welding and grinding are required for installation, as well as drilling the lower ball joint hole for proper fitment.
